How Does it Work.
- We identify a site in a prime location generally in and around M25 corridor.
- We carry out an appraisal which include total build cost, Gross Development Value (sale value of the development in todays market) and also rental income when built.
- Once the deal is secured its put out to our interested investors.
- An SPV company (special purpose vehicle) company is created.
- Based on total cost and profit ratios shares are assigned to the investor.
Benefits of this approach.
- Shares owned by investors go up in value as the property prices go up.
- Investors owns part of the property/project.
