How Does it Work.

  1. We identify a site in a prime location generally in and around M25 corridor.
  2. We carry out an appraisal which include total build cost, Gross Development Value (sale value of the development in todays market) and also rental income when built.
  3. Once the deal is secured its put out to our interested investors.
  4. An SPV company (special purpose vehicle) company is created.
  5. Based on total cost and profit ratios shares are assigned to the investor.

Benefits of this approach.

  1. Shares owned by investors go up in value as the property prices go up.
  2. Investors owns part of the property/project.
